We’re looking for a motivated property photographer and videographer with strong organisational skills and a passion for estate agent marketing to join our fast-growing, vibrant marketing team.
You’ll produce high-quality photo and video content and play a key role in our marketing output.
We offer full training, ongoing support, and all required equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Visit residential properties across the region
- Capture photography, videography, drone footage, and create floor plans
- Liaise with estate agents to understand key selling points
- Ensure all shoots are uploaded correctly and on time
- Support and train new team members
- Assist with coordinating diaries, bookings, and logistics
- Assist with social media and new business content
- Respond to customer queries professionally
What We’re Looking For
- A strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Great time management and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple shoots per day and adapt to last-minute changes
- Comfortable interacting with clients and homeowners
- Confident in building a small team and helping them develop
